Rest
Rest always sounds good but often sounds unrealistic or just unattainable. Career, family, busy schedules, and sometimes just distractions can keep us from healthy rest - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
God, who designed us, knows what we need. He created all our systems to work together, including recharging our batteries through sleep, relaxation, downtime, and time with Him.
It sounds ironic and can be one of the hardest things to work at, but prioritizing rest is worth the effort.
