BRENT MOLSKNESS

Pastor Brent grew up in northern Minnesota, the oldest of three boys in a pastor’s home. He attended Northwest College of the Assemblies of God in the Seattle area for his under-grad studies, and Grand Canyon University in Phoenix for his Master of Divinity program. Brent is married to Shari, who is a kindergarten teacher. They have two beautiful adult daughters who are both married and live in the Chicagoland area. They are also enjoying the grandparent stage.

Brent has served churches in Washington, Kansas, Minnesota, and in Illinois. His ministry experience has included the areas of music, youth, discipleship, and lead pastor. Brent has been with Mission Bible Church since September 2009 as Connections Pastor. In January of 2023, he took on the new role of Executive Pastor. Pastor Brent currently serves as chaplain for our local Minooka Fire Department and heads up the Joliet area chaplain corps. In his personal time, Brent enjoys being outside working in the yard, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and playing disc golf and raquetball.
